IT'S ABOUT HEART.

Who We Are

We believe that every youth athlete deserves to be able to play their sport safely.

Play With Heart Foundation’s is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to raise awareness and provide resources to prevent sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in youth athletes. We work in partnership with organizations to conduct large-scale cardiovascular health screenings, donate and provide AED trainings, and advocate for the health of youth athletes across America ranging from social media campaigns to pushing for legislative changes with our country’s lawmakers.

Why Play With Heart?

1,000+

EKG screenings provided

Sudden Cardiac Arrest is the leading cause of death in young athletes.

1 in every 3 days, a high school student dies from sudden cardiac arrest.

Most athletes don’t recognize signs of sudden cardiac arrest before it’s too late.

10+

cardiac abnormalities detected

Fewer than 10% of people who experience sudden cardiac arrest survive.

SCA (sudden cardiac arrest) is the leading cause of death on school campuses.

EKG screenings have shown to significantly decrease athletes’ mortality from SCA.
